Is Evidence-based Medicine a Joke?
The medical profession often brings to mind the image of the proverbial ostrich: burying its head in the sand, hoping problems will disappear. While doctors claim to practice evidence-based medicine, there is a glaring oversight when it comes to mental illness. They routinely ignore the growing evidence that our thinking itself is a hypnotic process—that we are, in a sense, continually self-hypnotising through our inner dialogue. The profession’s lack of understanding about hypnosis and its mechanisms results in a reluctance to investigate this mystery. Rather than exploring how ego and self-hypnosis shape mental states, many in the field shy away, perhaps because it requires confronting their own egos. This avoidance is neither scientific nor professional.

Evidence-Based Medicine or Quackery?
Are we practising evidence-based medicine or quackery when dealing with mental illness? On 23 January 2026, the Australian Doctor published the following article online: “A study in quackery—one journal’s entanglement with homeopathy.”

The Medical Profession and Hypnosis
Do you know we live in a hypnotic world, and that most people are unaware they are already hypnotised? It is because most people do not understand hypnosis, and their only knowledge comes from watching stage hypnosis. Even the mighty medical profession is uncomfortable whenever I use the word 'hypnosis'. They do not understand hypnosis. They put labels on people with mental illness and treat them symptomatically without understanding how mental illness results from negative self-hypnosis.

Destiny
Do you know we live in a hypnotic world and that our mind's thinking process is hypnotic? When we think, we are hypnotizing ourselves. We use words to think, but we are often unaware of how those words hypnotize us. We live in a hypnotic world of words, where most of us are unaware that we are already hypnotized. We live in a world of delusions.

Understanding the Thinking Process
Are you aware that you live in a hypnotic world? When you think, you are hypnotizing yourself. The words you use hypnotize you. Negative words will hypnotize you negatively, and positive words will hypnotize you positively. Do you know your ego must use words to present itself in the conscious mind? It is a product of self-hypnosis. It is the reason why people feel that they cannot stop thinking. They feel that they might disappear from the mind if they stop thinking.

Aging and Hospitalization: A Mantra to Help Rapid Recovery
As we age, our bodies deteriorate, and disease and degenerative changes take their toll. We become incapacitated and end up in hospitals where our hard-working doctors and nurses patch us up to get us fit again to go back home.

Self-Knowledge and Meditation
Do you know we live in a hypnotic world? We are delusional thinkers and live in a fantasy world of words. However, there is a world beyond words called reality that you see right before your eyes in the present, which is timeless and eternal, and people have no idea how they are related to it. To understand reality, one requires self-knowledge.

Ego – The Delusional Thinker
Do you know that we live in a world of delusions? It is because we live in a world of words. However, there is a world without words that exists right before us in the present, what we call reality, which is eternal and timeless. The only thing that separates us from it is our perception. When we meditate, what is our purpose? Are we trying to understand how we relate to this timeless dimension and be free of the time dimension we know? Or are we trying to escape from it? It is not meditation if you are trying to escape but just another way of using self-hypnosis.

What is Enlightenment?
Most people are confused. They do not know what hypnosis is. They do not know what meditation is, and they do not know what enlightenment is. I have written on hypnosis and meditation, but not on enlightenment. So here is my contribution to the knowledge we have.
