The House Guest: Part 1
“Well, what the hell do you think I am?” The crotchety old man said as he shuffled his feet into the guest bedroom. “I think you are tired, Grandpa,” Kevin said as he tried to lead his grandfather toward the room, but the old man didn’t want anyone to touch him. He was slow and easily distracted. “I just want to get you set up so you’ll be comfortable.”

Father Figure
His dad lay lifeless on the ground as the rain continued. It didn’t feel cleansing for Chad, quite the opposite. The neon lights crisscrossed across his father’s upper body. Chad had only seen him in his super suit a handful of times. His father looked so peaceful lying there. None of the anxiety or stress on his face anymore.
