looking up, up, up into the sky of dragonβs teeth. . .
hoping for, wanting more, and jumping up higher . . .
failing, failing, failing . . .
overthinking, stressing, desiring no hell of earth..
looking up, up, up into the heavens of the palace of peaceβ¦
hoping for, wanting more, and jumping up higher and higher . . .
flying, flying, flying. . .
overstressing, stretching, reaching for the golden flower. .
rising up, up, up and away to the supersoul of eye of the skyβ¦
hoping for, wanting more, and jumping up higher and higher . . .
floating, floating, floating. . .
overcoming, growing, touching the wings of angels of light. .
gliding up, up, up and away to the golden castle of liberationβ¦

entering the palace of peace. . .

A year ago, I spent two days in the Colombian mountains drinking ayahuasca as part of a spiritual ceremony. An experience that pulled apart every detail of my being and rearranged me in a new sequence. I wish that life became easier after the feat. It didnβt.
