dreams floatin’ on words

when I finally found it

we all have dreams

smaller, bigger, in-between

I once had

an orangewood guitar

I sold it to a Russian girl

homesick

I never learned to play

never saw the point

always drownin’ in new words

I pick them up or they pick me up

whatever I do or wherever I go

accompany me at every step

they cuddle with me all the time

on the couch

with earl grey cup

by a floor lamp or by daylight

when I feel like it

when the influx of new words

is in abundance, I cannot stop

I can’t get over this

immensely invigoratin’, intense

experience

I feel so lucky to be constantly inspired

by all circumstances

degradin’ or elevatin’

my continuous learnin’

draw conclusions from each defect

technically teachin’ my soul

calmness, curiosity, contradictions

to heal

my inner child

from the alarmin’ amount

of wounds inflicted

when someone

reversed these concepts

in the name of their selfish will

at least

I have words in my defence

whoever

has not seen it yet

why are you still sittin’ on the fence?

when I will be sittin’ pretty

with my words surroundin’ me

in millions

while I sit comfortably

with all of them

givin' them permission

to function properly

on me

and hopefully

also, on my audience
