A Realisation
To my dumber self
When a cue from the future
Is properly responded
And organised
In relevantly round replicas of the past
However, transposed and translated
On a new level
Then the time is right
To ask yourself why
It took you so long
To trot with a stronger foot
Forward
Even if you knew all the time
The correct order of things
Following you like a ghoul
And you ran away as fast as you could
From face-to-face view
As clear as the blue sky
Now
You don’t have to question it
JUST ACT
Like
Time has never been wasted
Only required to let you go
Your own way
From the deepest shadows to the brightest suns
On the ground

Alright, let's not fuck about - here is what you need: Ingredients: 350g self raising flour 90g butter pinch of salt tsp of baking powder 3 tbsp caster sugar (or just normal white sugar would probably be fine) 175ml milk a squeeze of lemon a drop of vanilla an egg fresh strawberries, if they're in season Extra flour Even more flour Dried fruit (I consider this completely optional and usually leave it out)
