satire
Relationship satire can be cathartic; when love hurts too much, just laugh.
getting catcalled on is more confusing and annoying than it is scary.. Content Warning.
So One time I was on a run, and I think I was trying to find the usual place where my team worked out but I got lost...cuz u know I have like no sense of direction...eventually I gave up trying to find the place and so I just started walking right? So I was thinking about going into target right? And thats when a car in the in and out drive thru line, they open their window and say "Hi kiddie" and I was like "Hi?" and in my mind I was like who the fuck says "Hi kiddie Hi kiddo" thats like confessing your a pedophile. And when I said Hi, they just laughed and closed their window, like no explanation or anything. So then after five minutes of thinking about it, it hit me. Ohh he was saying "ki-Tty" not "kiddie" like as in "hi pussy" ohhhhhhhhh. And I was like damn it why'd I say hi back I should've just stayed silent. But the thing is here was that it wasn't even scary or anything because I didn't even know I was being catcalled on I thought they were just saying hi to say hi to a kid running.

Managed, Not Healed
For people living with chronic pain, the most destabilizing realization is not that healing is difficult. It is that healing is often not the goal. The healthcare system that surrounds them is built to manage symptoms, document persistence, and ration interventions rather than pursue restoration of function. Over time, patients begin to notice a pattern. Short-acting medications are readily available. Repeated appointments are routine. Imaging is reviewed, notes are written, and pain is acknowledged. Yet interventions aimed at resolving underlying structural problems, restoring stability, or preventing long-term degeneration are delayed, denied, or classified as optional. The system responds continuously, but it rarely moves forward.

Gospel of Social Media Madmen: A High-Def Resurrection
Alright, you beautiful, screen-addled maniacs, gather 'round the digital fire for a tale of pure, LCD madness. I just watched a soul-crushing paradox unfurl on my timeline: this colossal, hypocritical carnival barker just drops a fiery, logic-bombed clip, right? The very next slide? A pious, self-serving decree to 'free your mind from the digital shackles!'

Time
Ugh, that time of year again. Twice a year I dread these tow days. It creates upheaval and my body, as I get older, doesn’t approve. I don’t even know we are forced to hold on to something created during war time for wartime. Like any other government unposed tax, entitlement, or rule of law, once created and implemented, it’s a done deal. We are stuck with its misery. I’d rather they add a couple hours to everyday, so I can get everything I do, done, without pressure.

Knuckle-Draggers in Armani
Tonight, the air is thick with the smell of digital decay and expensive perfume. I’m sitting here, staring at my Amazon Prime home screen as it vomits ads for the Academy Awards—a shimmering, hollow ritual where the world’s most beautiful primates gather to hand each other golden idols for being "human" on camera. On another tab, I’ve got the Governor’s Ball in Arkansas, where Erika Kirk is leaking crocodile tears like a broken faucet, pleading for the "oppression" of the white male with all the sincerity of a used car salesman in a Category 5 hurricane. And then there’s the news.

My First Time Skiing and I Got Lost, Alone, in the French Alps. Top Story - December 2025.
Looking back, I can trace some of my life’s biggest adventures to a simple action from my sister. She’d introduced me to Tommy (a very long time ago), a colleague of hers, who had overshared his penchant for Italian-looking women, and I ticked that box.

Practice vs Performance
One of the quiet pressures shaping modern communication is the assumption that anything written should be immediately shareable. Drafts blur into declarations, and exploration is mistaken for conclusion. Under this pressure, writing becomes performative by default. The moment words are placed on a page, they are treated as finished statements rather than steps in a process. This expectation distorts both how writing is produced and how it is received, collapsing practice into performance and leaving little room for genuine development.

American Dream
One more year added to the pile of years without recognition or promotion, with the same lame argument: the company is spending a huge budget just to maintain my green card process, including the attorney and USCIS fees. "If you feel stuck, you are free to leave." That "my way or the highway" attitude was clearly visible; they knew this slave was going nowhere.

The Customer Service Conundrum
The customer service system is broken. You're nodding, aren't you? You know it. You feel it. You can tell it's broken because there are just too many examples of horrendous service. They're becoming tropes. Stereotypes of bad service.
