- What circumstances lead to the crucial character going overboard?
- Is the character's fall accidental, intentional, or orchestrated by someone else?
- Is there a backstory or relationship(s) that makes their going overboard particularly significant?
- How do other characters react to the event? Does it reveal hidden motives or deepen existing conflicts?
- What role does the setting (ocean, river, lake, etc.) play into the narrative, and how does it enhance the story's atmosphere?
- Does the incident take place during a storm, under a serene night sky, amidst a confrontation, or an epic battle?
- What thoughts race through the character's mind as they go overboard?

Something Is Beginning, I Think Challenge Winners
This challenge wasn’t about clean starts. It was about that weird in-between where something is beginning, but no one really knows what yet. A lot of these stories leaned into hesitation, into pauses and false starts and that feeling that something is about to happen but hasn’t quite.
